SuperFastDiet was founded with a clear purpose: to give women a smarter, more sustainable approach to weight loss, one that worked with their bodies, not against them.
What began as an intermittent fasting program built around leading international research has grown into something more complete: a three-part method, a community, a coaching team, and now a dedicated app, all built around the real, lived experience of women over 40.

Anaesthesiologist & Metabolic Health Expert
I received my FANZCA in 2011. Today, my work looks nothing like what I trained for.
After 27 years in medicine and more than 20,000 patients on the table, I've seen what metabolic disease does to the human body from the inside. Joint replacements in people who shouldn't need them yet. High-risk pregnancies where the anaesthetic risk doubles before I've drawn up a drug. Spinal surgeries complicated by weight the surgeon didn't plan for.
I watched this for years. Then I became the patient.
At 102kg, I was lethargic, pre-diabetic, and dealing with joint pain, high cholesterol, and skin that looked like it belonged to someone fifteen years older. I had a medical degree, and none of it helped me fix it. Nobody had taught me how.
What finally worked wasn't a diet. It was understanding how the body actually regulates fat , when to eat, what to eat, how hormones drive fat storage in ways that have nothing to do with laziness or willpower or some character flaw.
I lost 24kg. Fixed my bloods. Got my energy back.
That experience , combined with what I see in theatre every week , is why I joined SuperFastDiet. To help women apply the science in ways that actually stick. No gimmicks. Just the stuff that works, explained by someone who needed it as badly as you might.
Co-Founder
I co-founded SuperFastDiet because I had struggled with my weight for as long as I could remember, ever since high school. Like so many women, I was stuck in the cycle of losing weight, putting it back on and constantly starting over.
Then I discovered a completely different way of living — and for the first time, it actually worked.
I lost 10kg and, more importantly, I've maintained that result for years. What changed everything for me was that it felt sustainable. I could still socialise, enjoy dinners out and eat the foods I loved while becoming healthier, leaner and more confident. It wasn't about restriction or perfection. It was about creating habits that worked in real life.
That experience inspired us to launch SuperFastDiet — combining the science of intermittent fasting with mindset, psychology, movement and community support to create a more balanced and holistic approach to health and weight loss.
Since launching, we've helped support more than 108,000 women on their wellness journeys. One of the most powerful parts of the program has been the friendships and connection formed along the way.
I absolutely love seeing women become happier, healthier, stronger and more confident versions of themselves. Being involved in their transformation is the most rewarding part of what I do.
