SuperFastDiet is a part-time, intermittent fasting program designed to fit seamlessly into your lifestyle. Choose from three effective fasting methods and progress through our three-stage journey to achieve lasting weight loss and overall well-being.

2-Day

Diet part-time by fasting two days a week (up to 500 calories) and eating normally the other five days (up to 2000 calories for women).

3-Day

Diet part-time by fasting three days a week (up to 1000 calories) and eating normally the other four days (up to 2000 calories for women).

Part-Day

Diet part-time by fasting for 16 hours a day, and eating up to 1600 calories in the other eight hours.

We offer three simple and flexible fasting methods: the 2-Day, 3-Day, and Part-Day plans. Each one is an equally effective way to follow intermittent fasting. The best method for you will be the one that fits your lifestyle and feels easiest to follow consistently. You can also mix it up and try different approaches to see which one works best for you. With SuperFastDiet, you’ll learn how easy it is to plan, track, and live the fasting lifestyle your way.

You don’t have to follow a strict meal plan with SuperFastDiet. Yes, absolutely. The SuperFastDiet program is designed to be flexible and sustainable, making it perfect for busy lifestyles and families. You can easily adapt the fasting methods, meal plans, and recipes to suit your schedule and household needs. It’s all about finding an approach that works for you, fits into your routine, and supports your goals without adding extra stress.

SuperFastDiet and intermittent fasting are generally safe and effective for most healthy adults, but they are not suitable for everyone.

We do not recommend SuperFastDiet or Intermittent Fasting if:

  •  You’re pregnant, planning to get pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You have an eating disorder, a predisposition to, or a history of eating disorders
  • You have a BMI of below 20 or you’re underweight
  • You have medically diagnosed hormonal issues
  • You have been diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes
  • You are younger than 18
  • You are older than 70 (unless first seeking doctor’s advice)
