A SuperFastDiet subscription gives you everything you need to make part-time dieting simple, flexible, and effective. You’ll receive expert coaching videos twice a week, along with simple tools to help you manage your part-time dieting. Enjoy access to more than 800 nutritionist-approved recipes, guided home workouts suitable for all fitness levels, and a personal weight tracker to keep you on track. You’ll also become part of our private members-only Facebook group for daily support and encouragement, plus gain access to live group coaching sessions and Q&As with our expert team.
We offer three simple and flexible fasting methods: the 2-Day, 3-Day, and Part-Day plans. Each one is an equally effective way to follow intermittent fasting. The best method for you will be the one that fits your lifestyle and feels easiest to follow consistently. You can also mix it up and try different approaches to see which one works best for you. With SuperFastDiet, you’ll learn how easy it is to plan, track, and live the fasting lifestyle your way.
You don’t have to follow a strict meal plan with SuperFastDiet. We provide weekly meal plans for each fasting method, which you can follow if you’d like, but you also have the freedom to mix things up based on your own tastes and preferences.
